How long does it take to process my order?
Due to the custom nature of your Vinyl Thingz Decal, our standard processing time for decals listed on our site is 3-5 business days. Each decal is made to order according to your
specifications chosen at checkout. Processing times for custom cut decal orders begin after
you approve the final design.

What if I need my decal sooner?
Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Please contact us by email at info@vinylthingz.com or by using our Contact Us Form so we can work on a way to get your decal to you as quick as possible!

How long does shipping take if I’m in the US?
US Orders ship US Priority Mail and generally take 2 – 3 business days. However, Priority Mail delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted into the USPS mail system – Vinyl Thingz no longer has any control of the package or it’s delivery times.

How long does International shipping take?
International Orders ship USPS International Priority Mail and generally take 6-10 business days. Please keep in mind this time-frame does not include any delays incurred by your country’s customs department.

Will I need to pay any customs fees or import taxes on my International shipment?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are required to mark shipments as merchandise and provide full value of each package shipped. For information on fees please contact your local postal service for your countries specific policies.

Do I get a tracking number to follow my package?
Yes! Vinyl Thingz ships USPS Priority Mail and once your order is processed you will be provided with a tracking number! Detailed tracking on International packages may not be available for every country.


Shipping Policies:
- Your decal will be shipped to the provided address. If package returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to send package to corrected address.
- If delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company and the package is returned to Vinyl Thingz, the package will be resent at the customer’s expense.
- Once package is shipped and accepted by USPS the order is no longer in our hands. Vinyl Thingz cannot control any delays that happen through USPS or customs.
- Any fees incurred as a result of the package being returned to sender will be deducted from any issued refund.
- Vinyl Thingz must approve rush orders before purchase.
- Rush processing does not mean expedited delivery and does not affect shipping timeframes. If you need expedited shipping please contact us before ordering.
- If there is any issue with your order, we will make every attempt to contact you via the methods provided to find a resolution.
