Can I cancel an order I just placed?

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. You may contact us by email at info@vinylthingz.com or through our Contact Us Form. Once order has begun processing we will not accept cancellations. Vinyl Thingz must approve all cancellations.

What if I don’t like the color of the decal I ordered?
Although every attempt is made to reflect colors accurately, colors can vary based on your computer's monitor settings. Vinyl Thingz is not liable for color choices made by the customer, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for this reason. We recommend you purchase a Color Swatch Sample Pack if you’re not sure what colors you’d like.

What happens if my decal is damaged in transit?
Vinyl Thingz will replace any decal it determines was damaged in transit. Please hang on to the decal and any packaging, as USPS sometimes requires proof of damage for insurance claims purpose.

Can I return my decal?
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first and return the unused, unopened decal in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the decal cost less any original and return shipping charges.

Can I return my custom or personalized decal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized decals. If your decal is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact Vinyl Thingz by email at info@vinylthingz.com or through our Contact Us Form and we will replace the item only if an error was made in production of the decal.

Returns & Exchanges Policies
- Vinyl Thingz must authorize all returns and exchanges. We will not accept product returned to us without any notice or communication from customer.
- All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
- Approved refunds will be given less the original shipping costs.
- If a decal is damaged during installation, a replacement may be offered to the customer at a discounted price. However, no refunds/exchanges will be offered.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If original credit card is no longer valid, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Vinyl Thingz reserves the right to determine if a surface is suitable for vinyl application. If a customer is advised that a surface may not work as intended, and still opts to purchase a decal, the customer than waives their right to any refund/exchange.
- If you believe your decal is defective in any way please contact us immediately. We may require photographic proof of defect before moving forward with any returns or exchanges.
